I'm sorry to hear that you never received my messages asking for extra information. I provided complete guidelines for social media usage even though I never received the information required for the completion of this order & highlighted that since there must be some technical issue for not receiving my messages I will be more than happy to provide a refund. In any case I am sorry you had this experience and I have contacted support so that you can be fully refunded.
